With a doctorate in Management of Technology, DR Totok Hari Wibowo has since last 2017 been joined a 5-headed strategic taskforce team to assist Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs in regulatory impact assessment. Prior to this involvement, DR Totok Hari Wibowo was in charged with the development of competitive economic areas such as Science and Technology Park, Industrial Park, and Special Economic Zones. Since 2010 to date, DR Totok Hari Wibowo become a member of Innovative SME Working Group under the Ministry of Research and Technology and Higher Education, which tasks among others is to speed up the formation of innovative SMEs. He has been working in the Netherlands, Japan, and Indonesia.
