Ms. Celestine Khoo is the Senior Director of Venture, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where she leads initiatives to foster a vibrant startup ecosystem. She is involved in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship not only within SUTD but also in collaboration with both local and international partners to enhance the startup landscape within SUTD.
