After experiencing the director of Chiba Industrial Technology Research Institute, Fumihiko Mori has been a managing director at Chiba Industry Advancement Center since 2018.

Tokatsu Techno Plaza is an industry support facilities founded by the Chiba Prefectural Government which founded on industry, government, and academia collaboration with the aim of improving local companies’ technological and innovative prowess as well as promoting industry and startup companies.
He is supporting the development of the company entering the incubator facilities in the Plaza as part of industrial support of Chiba Prefecture as the director now.
