Atsushi Sakai joined JETRO in 2013 and has been involved in supporting Japanese companies to expand overseas and business alliances with overseas companies. He was also involved in the launch of the Healthcare Venture Conference Kyoto and the startup visa program in Kyoto, and has been working in trade promotion and open innovation in his current position since　2020.
